The BALSAN brand was established in Germany in 1998 by Balsan Cosmetics GMBH, and since 2010 is available on the Bulgarian market. The products are intended both for professional use, as well as for home care. They are easy to use and convenient for diabetics. They do not contain harmful ingredients such as mineral oils and polyethylene glycol.
